iLookAt OASIS?


OASIS is Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards is international consortium that primary role is to consolidate and produce standards for e-business industry and online services. Founded in 1993 under the name of Standard Generalized Markup Language Open and lately renamed into Oasis, it continues to contribute to internet community maintaining its mission to support continuing dialog between hundreds of industry leaders in Request For Comments (RFC)publications and documentation format. Oasis representatives are presented world wide working in groups working on information standardization or enhancement of existing standards or propositions. Two reliable resources are hoisted by Oasis: Cover Pages and Xml DOT org
